Taxes worldwide

I'm looking to compile research on tax rates across as many countries as possible. VAT or sales taxes, corporation/business taxes and income taxes, taking into account the range of rates in each country. Eg. Income tax 15%-35%, corporation tax 25%, VAT 20%.

The OECD publication "Taxing wages" http://www.oecd.org/document/34/0,3746,en_2649_37427_44993442_1_1_1_37427,00.html and "Revenue statistics" http://www.oecd.org/ctp/revenuestats gives some tax information for OECD countries, but it does not seem to be free.
